Finding and Feeling Time

with No Comments

Hello Friends,

This is the latest invitation I have written in quite some time. Ironic because I had hoped to have this one out weeks ago. Amazing that time can fly by so quickly. It has been five weeks since last we stepped, clapped and sang together in rhythm. This evening may be the nicest weather we have seen on a Saturday in 9 months. All these things can feel as though they were just a moment ago. Right now, I do not feel rushed. I think this is what strikes me as dif

ferent from my past experiences.

I thought of using a clock, but falling droplets of water are cooler.

So, this week journeys is not about finding time, but feeling it. Allowing the time that we have to be felt and embraced. Taking in the moments we have without worrying about the ones to come, or the ones that have passed. Finding the clap that feels easy. Sing the call with easy breathe. Step with the drum as easy as walking.

I hope you can come play, move, laugh, meditate and expand your sensation of time through rhythm.
