Hello Friends,

I hope you are all well and thriving. This weekend we are going to play in rhythm. We will play for many reasons. As we enter into rhythm we get the chance to choose why we play. You could have one reason, or many. I will be playing in rhythm to learn. I will be playing to honor myself and my friends. I will play in the hopes that I can let go just a little more. I will play so that I can experience release of ego and pride. I will play for myself and for others. I will play in rhythm to become present. I will play to share joy and growth with my community. Play allows us to experiment, learn, and be something new without judgement. It means we don’t have to be perfect, and that we are free to be ourselves.

Come play. Step with joy, clap with lightness, sing with soul. Laugh. Learn. Be
